Either party may terminate the consulting agreement with written notice, subject to any cancellation terms in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments remain due.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Oklahoma, Payne County, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
